Toxic masculinity is often to blame for much of the dominant patriarchal culture and destruction we see in the world today. In this episode, I speak with minister and life coach David Price frankly about how he navigated his own toxic behaviors of anger and control to come into healing. This conversation is a powerful one for us who are still understanding the role of the divine masculine in our lives and how we can better protect and hold space for ourselves in this world. David and I explore personal narratives of trauma and triumph to uncover the tools and practices we personal engage to become more aware of our wounds and then the steps we take to actively overcome and heal them.
