Ep 54: How Do Real Leaders Have Difficult Conversations?

Season #1

If there is one thing that stood out most when I convened with many @HarvardKennedySchool alumni last month, it was that most people felt incapable of having difficult conversations especially around the geopolitical issues and violence happening in our world.

In this episode, I emphasis the importance of truth and transparency when navigating conversations with colleagues, family and friends — even at the risk of be condemned or hated on.

When you always move from a place of love, there is never any punishment in being and expressing exactly who you are and exactly how you feel. So you must be willing to do the inner work so that you can sit comfortably in the outcomes that may come from speaking and naming your true beliefs.

I welcome your thoughts and insights!! There is no time but now to Be who you came to this earth to Be — an enlightened leader✨
